Old Gs return to league action this week with a home fixture against RBS. Both sides were fresh to Kent 1 this year having been promoted from Kent 2 last season. That league campaign saw two competitive matches between the teams - with one win apiece - both sides winning their home fixtures. Old Gs know the threat that RBS pose and will need to produce an 80 minute performance, not seen for a few weeks, in order to claim the spoils.
In regards to selection Old Gs season remains ravaged by injury, with Mike Hodge and Greg Humphreys now added to that list - though they do welcome back Matt Wilson and James Hood back from injury and unavailability respectively.
The pack is unchanged from the trip to HSBC - with Brett Buckingham, Andy Kidd and Lewis Moss in the front row. Skipper Frazer Barnes continues his affair with Joe Martin in the 2nd row, with Andy Morris, Phil Costley and barrel Jack Nash in the loosies.
Doug Wilson and Matt Holdstock continue at 9 and 10, with a new centre partnership on Matt Wilson and Steve Thompson in midfield. James Hood, Ryan Lockyer and full back Chris Johnson form the back 3.
The bench sees a return for big bad Eric Roye, the versatile Kevin Spain and the experienced Chris Bassett.
Kick off is at 2pm and all support is welcomed!!!
