Match Preview

The 1st team return to action this weekend with a local derby at home to rivals Vigo. After an improved performance against Old Wills the Old Boys will be confident of recording a first victory of the league campaign.

The squads sees Brett Buckingham and Craig Larney retain their places at prop and they are accompanied by Ollie Goodchild in the front row. The second row engine room partnership of skipper Frazer Barnes and Andy Morris remains intact as does the lively back row of Mat Coomber, Chris Daniels and Jack Nash. Chris Bassett and Matt Holdstock form the half backs with the same centre combination of Greg Humphreys and Richard Parish. A lightning back 3 of James Hood, Matt Wilson and Mark Bishop completes the starting XV.

The bench consists of the returning Ed Wright, Steve Millar and the ever young Steve Thompson.
