Members requested to support and help out at the event

On Sunday 22 April Old Gs will be co-hosting with Gravesend RFC the Kent County U12s Waterfall Festival.

With teams from across the county descending on the two clubs, matches will be taking place from 9am-5pm and it’s sure to be a great day of youth rugby.

Old Gs is asking members to offer some of their time to support and volunteer at the event, with roles including:

- Set up on the Saturday, including marquees, gazebos, and pitch layout.
- Car parking duties throughout the event
- Team meet and greet, plus team registration and tournament admin.
- Pitch runners
- Manning the BBQ throughout the day
- Catering and refreshments

Additional Requests:

- If anyone has a spare marquee or gazebo that could be loaned to the club for the event that would also be a great help.
- One more gas bbq is required for the event - if any club member could loan one to the vent for the day that would be great.
- A raffle will be on the go throughout the day so any contributions of prizes will be well received.
- If any medical professionals can support the event this would be helpful (payment available).

If you are interested in supporting the event, or would like any additional information, in the first instance please contact Mike Hodge on 07971670964.

It's a great opportunity to promote Old Gs and to do some fundraising so please help out in any way that you can.
