This weeks 60 seconds is a little different to normal as we venture into the world of video. Admittedly the video isn't actually 60 seconds, which sort of makes the article title fairly redundant but we shall go with it anyway.

This week Omar Wahab takes to the stand and is put on the spot by none other than Old Gs resident interviewer Dave Boyer. In his prime Omar liked nothing more than a good cuddle in the front row with his mates Pinky and Macca. Despite his prop physique, Omar didn't let his role in the front row constrain him, considering himself a resident Jonny Wilkinson and loving to practice his full repertoire of kicking during first team contests.

Having been at the club for years, Omar is Old Gs through and through, and despite having had to hang up the boots and embracing middle age, can still be found down at the club (notably at VP lunches) passing on his pearls of wisdom to the new generation of 1st teamers.
